What's included?

Everything you need to have an amazing time:

 

• Two-hour private event space in a heated classroom

• Pony-themed party decorations—and you are welcome to bring your own add-ons

• EquiCenter Pony Party host

• Guided tour of the horse pasture and barn

• Pony time—grooming and horse facts with two of our Pony Pals

• Hands-on horse time and education, but not riding opportunities

 

Once you have finished scheduling your party, please ensure that all participants, including party’s host, fill out the liability waiver.

Pricing & available times

We are available for bookings on Saturdays and Sundays year-round from either 10:00 a.m. – noon or 1-3 p.m. Two-hour parties for up to 12 guests (including adults) cost $325. Additional guests are $25 each, with a maximum of 20 guests.

 

You may arrive 30 minutes early to set up.

What's the schedule?

Pony Party schedules are flexible, and we want to make your experience perfect for you and your guests. We recommend starting with hands-on pony time and then moving to cake and gifts. We have handwashing stations available to use in between activities. The tour and hands-on pony time will be about 60 minutes.

What is the age range?

We can offer parties for any age. We are a PATH-certified center (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International) and take the safety and education of those who visit our organization very seriously.
