EquiCenter Pony Party
Hold your next celebration at EquiCenter! A Pony Party is a 2-hour private event on EquiCenter's beautiful 200-acre property that includes hands-on horse time. This experience is open to all ages and abilities and is a great way to learn about and spend time with these majestic creatures.

Pricing & Available Times

We are open for booking on Saturdays and Sundays year-round. Two different time options are available: 10am - 12pm OR 1:00pm - 3:00pm.

2 hours for up to 12 guests (including adults) costs $325. You may arrive 30 mins early to set up. Additional guests are $25 each with a max of 20 guests.
Once you have finished scheduling your party, please ensure that all participants (including party host) fill out the liability waiver.
FAQ
What's the schedule?
We are flexible and want to make your experience perfect for you and your guests. We recommend starting with hands-on pony time and then moving to cake and gifts. We have handwashing stations available to use in between activities. The tour and hands-on pony time will be about 60 minutes.
Does this include riding?
No. This is an unmounted party that provides hands-on horse time and education, but not riding opportunities.
What do we need to sign?
All guests attending need to submit a liability waiver which will be emailed to the party host.
What does set-up look like?
Your party host will have the party room decorated with table coverings and a happy birthday sign (if preferred). You are welcome to bring additional decorations to personalize the space, as well as any food or beverage items you wish to provide. The party room usage does not include plates or utensils, but we do have a fridge/freezer available. The party host will help you set up and will clean the room after the party.
When do I make the payment?
An invoice will be sent after booking and the balance must be paid in full 7 days before your party date.
What is the age range?
We can offer parties for any age! We are a PATH-certified center (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International) and take the safety and education of those who visit our organization very seriously.
Can I have food ordered?
Absolutely! We have some great options in the area including Bumpa's Pizzeria and Main Street Cafe.
What to wear?
Dress for the weather and in the cooler months expect the horse time to be a little colder than the party space. Closed toed shoes are a must. No crocs or sandals.
What if guests want to make a donation instead of gifts?
EquiCenter would welcome cash donations or items from our wish list.
