At EquiCenter, we believe that food is medicine. In a unique partnership with Trillium Health and Headwater Foods, our Food Pharmacy program provides a holistic approach to managing chronic health conditions like diabetes and hypertension.
Through this program, patients are referred to our farm not just for fresh produce, but for the skills to transform their health.
