Welcome to the EquiCenter Farm!
Meet our farmers!
James Brownsword, Farm & Facilities Manager
Katie Nuber, Farm Programming
Tim Braley, Farm Assistant
Nathan Bush, Outreach
Our farm staff, participants and volunteers work hard to keep our 3-acre organic garden looking beautiful and plentiful throughout the growing season. We grow a variety of vegetables, herbs and flowers, which are sold through farmer's markets and local restaurants, used in our culinary arts classes and donated to local food cupboards.

VA Farm and Wellness Program
The EquiCenter Farm is providing Therapeutic Horticulture and Advanced Vocational programming for veterans, in partnership with the Canandaigua VA Medical Center. EquiCenter is proud to be contracted as one of the first such therapeutic horticulture partnerships in the country!
Participants in this program register through the Canandaigua VA Medical Center and meet weekly at EquiCenter for classes. Each session includes group discussion, hands-on instruction, farm-to-table cooking class, and community lunch.
Contact: info@equicenterny.org for more information on joining programming.

Groups in the Farm
The EquiCenter farm provides a unique learning experience for field trips and groups. Our farmers can tailor programming for all ages and abilities to learn about growing healthy food!
