All information concerning participants, donors, volunteers, or prospective donors, including their names, addresses and telephone numbers, the names of their beneficiaries, the amount of their gift, etc., shall be kept strictly confidential by EquiCenter, its staff, and volunteers unless permission is obtained from an individual to release such information. It is shared with staff, Board Members, volunteers, and consultants only on a “need-to-know” basis. 

 

We use industry standard safeguards to protect your information. EquiCenter assures our participants, volunteers, and donors that their information will not be sold, shared, traded, or disclosed in any way with other groups or organizations. In addition, we will not send mailings to our participants, volunteers, or donors on behalf of other organizations, unless this individual has given us specific permission to do so. For those who do not wish to be included on a mailing list, they may contact EquiCenter at info@equicenterny.org to have their names removed.
