We are excited to offer outdoor yoga sessions at the EquiCenter! Our property allows us to welcome yoga participants while respecting each others’ safety through social distancing while
still taking in the beauty of our horses and fields.
Session 4 will begin starting the week of July 6, 2020 and will
continue through September 5, 2020
Each session is $10 which you can pay for in the registration links below.
You can purchase a punch card for $50 which will make your 6th session free.
We are limited to a maximum of 10 participants so please sign up soon!

Adaptive Yoga (Low Intensity)- traditional poses are tailored to fit the physical body, rather than fitting and forcing the body into a particular pose and shape. Coupled with breathing, props such as blankets, chairs, yoga straps, and blocks to meet the unique needs of individuals with different abilities.
Fridays at 9am with Caitlin
Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Medium Intensity)- Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, following your breath to cue the movement. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are exactly the same.
Upon arrival- Park in the volunteer parking lot by the North Barn. Please wear a mask while checking in, and we will remove masks once safely distanced on our mats. Walk down to the South Barn entrance to sign in and take your temperature, and ask a series of COVID-19 related questions. We will then have you sign in and
set up your mat. We will be practicing social distancing on our mats to ensure safety.
Once on your mat, you may remove your mask. Because of new protocols, please plan on arriving 5-10 minutes early so we can get everyone checked in and start class on time.
*Please consider bringing your own equipment to use during our session. This could include a mat,
strap, blocks, blanket, and water bottle. We do have some equipment to provide.
