We are excited to offer indoor yoga sessions at the EquiCenter! Classes have now been moved back inside due to weather and temperature. Come take in the beauty of our property
through the beautiful picture windows in our yoga room.
Each session is $10 which you can pay for in the registration links below.
You can purchase a punch card good for 5 classes for $50 which will make your 6th session free.
We are limited to a maximum of 5 participants so sign up in advance.
We are taking extra cleaning precautions to keep everyone safe, as well as
designated spaces for each participant to maintain social distancing.
Tuesdays at 6pm with Stacy
Adaptive Yoga (Low Intensity)- traditional poses are tailored to fit the physical body, rather than fitting and forcing the body into a particular pose and shape. Coupled with breathing, props such as blankets, chairs, yoga straps, and blocks to meet the unique needs of individuals with different abilities.
Thursdays at 12:30pm with Caitlin
Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Medium Intensity)- Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, following your breath to cue the movement. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are exactly the same.
Upon arrival- Park in the volunteer parking lot by the North Barn. You can enter the house at the
front double doors. Stacy or Caitlin will let you in. Please wear a mask while checking in.
We will then have you sign in and answer COVID questions and take a temperature check, and
then you can set up your mat. We will be practicing social distancing on our mats to ensure safety.
Once on your mat, you may remove your mask. Because of new protocols, please plan on arriving
5-10 minutes early so we can get everyone checked in and start class on time.
*Please consider bringing your own equipment to use during our session. This could include a mat,
strap, blocks, blanket, and water bottle. We do have some equipment to provide.
